Hello all and welcome to J.Elm Business Solutions!
Here at J.Elm we are a small team that works together to create memorable experiences for our clients. We have been known to do it all! If there is an event we have done it. We specialize in luncheons and mixers, golf tournaments, trade shows and more. We take our client's ideas and transform them into reality.
J.Elm has decided to start this blog as a place for our readers to come and get ideas for their upcoming events. We will have posts talking about new event ideas, new decor themes, chronicling the event processes. Anything and everything event related you will be able to find on our blog.
Earlier this year J.Elm took over our new office. We knew that in order to make it our own we needed to give it a little bit of a face lift. With the help from a lot of people we are proud to show off our little office to the rest of the world. We would like to thank Rick Terry and his team at RT Painting for the amazing job that they did painting our office. With out them a project that was supposed to take a week, would have lasted 3 months!
Our office space has seven separate offices, one small conference room, one large classroom space, and a full functioning "green wall" studio. With our new space we decided that we wanted to share and began opening our office for rentals. We currently have three spaces for daily rentals.
Our classroom space is a versatile space and can be used for many different things. We have held small seminar and classes in here. As well as larger business meetings. We are open to hosting whatever kind of event your mind can imagine. The great thing about our classroom space is that you can transform it into the space you need. Along with your classroom rental you get access to our lounge area, kitchen, and front desk/foyer. There are many more included benefits along with your rental.
Our small conference room as been the stage for interviews, small board meetings, and strategic planning sessions. Our conference room comes with a permanent conference table that sits six comfortably. Also with the rental of our conference rooms comes use of the kitchen area and small refrigerator.
Lastly, we have our wonderful "green wall" studio. Our studio can be used for many different uses. The main use of our studio comes from our two podcast clients Norcal C.R.E.S.T and Tune in with Tish. It can also be used for webinars and photo shoots. Included in your rental of this space comes the microphones, a desk and table, and many more accessories that you may need.
