Julia Marin, CAE
Julia Marin has more than 15 years of association management experience including corporate event planning, strategic planning, membership recruitment/retention, and marketing. She founded J. Elm Business Solutions in 2015 with the vision of creating a company designed to meet the diverse needs of both businesses and associations. Julia holds a B.A. in Organizational Management with a Minor in Business Administration.
Itati Martin has experience in corporate events, administration, and communications. Itati provides our clients with event and administrative support, while providing stellar customer service. She holds a B.A. in Psychology with a Minor in Religious Studies and is also fluent in Spanish.
Carina has a diverse background with experience in corporate events, administration, member services and childhood education. Fluent in Spanish and with a passion for providing outstanding customer service, Carina is an integral part of the team. She is responsible for the management of client social media postings, graphic design, and digital communications.
Client Services Coordinator
Sara Maas currently serves as the Client Services Coordinator for the Institute of Real Estate Management Sacramento and San Francisco chapters. Sara has previously worked as Membership Coordinator and Executive Director for the Institute of Real Estate Management Orange County chapter for over 7 years. Sara received her Bachelor's of Arts degree in History from the University of California, Riverside in 2012. She currently resides in Rocklin, CA with her husband & son.
Client Services Coordinator
Mackenzie brings more than 8 years of customer service experience to the J.Elm team. She works closely with clients to identify needs and ensure satisfaction. Mackenzie has event coordination experience and a B.S. in Psychology from Eastern Washington University.
Joni has served on various volunteer boards since 2008 holding leadership positions throughout her service tenure. In the past ten years she has been integral in the success of multiple fundraising events including large scale family-centered events and golf tournaments. Additionally, Joni has years of experience in accounting, human resources, and office administration.
Digital Marketing Assistant
Nicole has experience in events, administration and member services. She takes great pride in communication with clients and providing the best service possible. Currently she is helping to handle our digital marketing remotely as she resides in South Carolina with her husband and two children. Nicole is working towards a certification in Digital Marketing to continue to expand her knowledge and to provide the best customer care.
