Julia Marin Cochran, CAE
Julia Marin has more than 20 years of association management experience including corporate event planning, strategic planning, membership recruitment/retention, and marketing. She founded J. Elm Business Solutions in 2015 with the vision of creating a company designed to meet the diverse needs of both businesses and associations. Julia holds a B.A. in Organizational Management with a Minor in Business Administration.
VP of Operations
Megan Harding began working for J. Elm Business Solutions in 2015 and has extensive experience in nonprofit management. Megan holds a B.S. in Organizational Leadership, is certified in Grant Proposal Writing and Program Evaluations, and is a Certified Marketing Specialist. Megan also has a background in residential real estate sales and loan processing, with a proven track record of exceeding client expectations.
Joni has served on various volunteer boards since 2008 holding leadership positions throughout her service tenure. In the past ten years she has been integral in the success of multiple fundraising events including large scale family-centered events and golf tournaments. Additionally, Joni has years of experience in accounting, human resources, and office administration.
Sarah is a Sacramento native who has recently joined the J.Elm team! After 15 years managing in luxury hotels and country clubs around northern California, Sarah has brought her expertise in event management to our team. A commitment to ensuring the smallest details are well executed and a genuine passion for creating memorable moments is her hallmark. Sarah is a graduate of San Francisco State University, and can be found paddle boarding on the lake or walking her dogs when not hard at work.

Haley comes with over 10 years of customer service background. She works diligently to ensure client’s needs and requests are met to provide excellent customer service. Haleys enjoys building relationships with her clients and creating a lasting impression.
Client Services Coordinator
Carina has a diverse background with experience in corporate events, administration, member services and childhood education. Fluent in Spanish and with a passion for providing outstanding customer service, Carina is an integral part of the team.
Michelle brings over 15 years of customer service experience in the bail industry to J. Elm
Solutions. She has most recently worked for the past 8 years with PBUS™ (Professional Bail
Agents of the U.S.™) the national association for bail agents, as their office manager and
conference meeting planner. She worked closely with their Board of Directors and members
from across the United States. Michelle is originally from Upstate NY and now resides outside
of Orlando, FL with her husband and their 2 rescue pups.
Mackenzie brings more than 8 years of customer service experience to the J.Elm team. She works closely with clients to identify needs and ensure satisfaction. Mackenzie has event coordination experience and a B.S. in Psychology from Eastern Washington University.
